Business Development Manager

ARROW Location, a temporary home rental company, and BUNDLE Furniture, an importer of furniture, home furnishings and accessories, are looking for exceptional talent for the hybrid development of the two partner entities.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for :

  1. Prospecting :
    • Identify, target and prospect potential new customers by phone and on the road.
    • Be on the lookout for business opportunities in the market.
    • Generate sales leads through various channels.
  2. Customer relations :
    • Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers.
    • Understand customer needs and adapt offers accordingly.
    • Solve customer problems and address their concerns.
  3. Products/Services presentation :
    • Present and promote the company's products or services.
    • Explain features, benefits and added value.
    • Customize presentations to meet specific customer needs.
  4. Negotiation :
    • Develop competitive sales proposals.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
    • Conclude sales agreements.
  5. Sales follow-up :
    • Manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
    • Keep your CRM (HUBSPOT) up to date with sales activities.
    • Understand sales objectives and work to achieve them.
  6. Internal collaboration :
    • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, production and product management.
    • Communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
  7. Customer education :
    • Train customers on the use and benefits of products or services.
    • Provide demonstrations and educational presentations.
