Rental period

Yes, to rent one of our apartments, condos or houses you must sign for a minimum of 31 days.

No, there is no maximum duration to rent one of our apartments, condos or houses. In your rental contract, a clause specifies the period for which you rent the dwelling. It is also possible to extend your rental agreement. Indeed, 30 days before the end of your contract, you will receive an email asking you if you wish to extend your stay.

Rental is a minimum of 31 days. Thereafter, you can rent by the day, week or month. You will find the flexibility you need.

Regulations

No, you do not have to sign a lease. Instead, you must sign a fixed-date rental agreement. This contract outlines the agreement between you and Arrow and specifies the start and end dates of your rental. It is not possible to reduce the duration, but you can extend the contract.

A fixed-date rental agreement is the equivalent of a lease, but for short-term rentals. This contract mentions the start and end dates of the rental period. The duration of the agreement cannot be reduced, but there is the possibility of extending it.

 

To do this, 30 days before the end of your contract, when you receive an email notification, you must request to extend your contract. If you do not take advantage of this renewal, the unit will be re-rented in the system so that other people can benefit from it.

No, the rental does not have to start on the 1ster day of the month. Your rental starts on the day of your choice, whether it is weekdays or weekends.

Yes, we accept pets. Cats and small dogs are welcome. We also have a few locations that allow larger dogs. All the members of your family, even your furry friends, can therefore live under the same roof without any problem.

If the desired accommodation is free, you can move in immediately. If you know in advance when you will need the accommodation, contact us as soon as possible to coordinate the short-term rental agreement.

To rent temporary accommodation (31 days or more) or to extend your stay by the day, week or month, you must call an Arrow Rental Consultant. Once you have made your choice, a contract will be sent to you by email. All you have to do is affix your electronic signature and return the document to us. We will then carry out a credit investigation.

You must take out liability insurance, which is automatically included in your policy if you have home insurance.

Inclusions

A fully furnished home includes everything you need to be comfortable during your rental stay. You arrive with your personal belongings, and you're done.

From living room furniture to bedroom furniture to dining room furniture, everything is there. The TV, light fixtures and appliances, such as the washer, dryer and dishwasher, are present. Similarly, dishes, utensils, cleaning products and bedding such as sheets and towels are provided.

Unlimited high-speed Internet, cable, electricity, heating, lighting and air conditioning services are also included in your temporary rental.

Yes, a housekeeping service is offered as an option if you need this service. Our housekeeping teams are always ready to clean your home. It is even possible to add households at any time to your rental contract. Only the recovery cleaning is mandatory.
