A fixed-term rental agreement is the equivalent of a lease, but for short-term rentals. This contract specifies the start and end dates of the rental period. The duration of the agreement cannot be reduced, but it can be extended.

To do this, 30 days before the end of your contract, when you receive an e-mail notification, you must request an extension of your contract. If you do not take advantage of this renewal, the unit will be put back up for rent into the system so that other people can benefit from it.

No, the rental does not have to start on the first day of the month. Your rental starts on the date of your choice, be it on a week day or during the weekend.
